Butcher at the market. Some lovely tripe in the left foreground!
Luckily you can't see it too well!
All different kinds of mushrooms were available. My favourite vegetable
(are they a vegetable or are fungi classified differently?) We have vowed
to go back in September which is the mushroom season. We want to see the
mushroom police, who have been trained especially to tell poisonous ones from
ones that are ok to eat.
You can buy all kinds of oils and vinegars.
Fruit and veg looks delicious and is beautifully displayed.
We found this rather grotesque display at a butchers that specialised in hams
and various porky type products. He had the weirdest stuff in his shop,
including wild boar hams with the fur still on!
